Update instructions: If you have an older version of the software installed, you can update it to the latest version by downloading and running the latest full install below. None of your saved information or settings will be harmed.
If you are on Windows, simply install the new version to update. Nothing further is required.
If you are on Mac OS X and running version 1.2.0 or higher, you can likewise simply install the new version to update. If you are updating from an older version of the software, you can import your old data in the new version using the top menu option File⇒Import..., and then locate either your old data file (named "SaveData.dat") or an exported data file from the old version.

If you are running a legacy version of the software for Mac OS X, you may receive a prompt indicating that the software "can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer". If you are not even given an option to open it, please see here for instructions from Apple on how to add an exception and allow the software to run.
